What prompted you to run for state government?
I spent my professional career working to help children, families, and the elderly. Running for office gave me the opportunity to work on issues of concern for them. 
Current Interest Issues: Improving public education, combating discrimination, protecting public health, protecting families & seniors, fighting crime, drugs & poverty, protecting the environment, criminal justice reform
